Voyago sells curated holiday packages. Bookings were taken over email, which made pricing errors common and follow-ups slow.

02 — Challenge

Packages combine flights, hotels and activities with prices that change daily, and agents still needed to tailor trips by hand.

03 — Solution

We built a booking engine with dynamic package pricing, online payments, an agent console for custom quotes and automated itinerary emails.

04 — Outcome

Seventy percent of bookings now happen online, quotes go out in half the time and the average order value grew 22%.
