01 — Overview

MediQ runs a chain of outpatient clinics. Front desks were overloaded with phone bookings and patients often missed appointments.

02 — Challenge

Connect online booking to each clinic's schedule, send reminders across channels and keep patient data private.

03 — Solution

We launched patient apps and a web portal with real-time slot booking, automated WhatsApp and SMS reminders and role-based access for clinic staff.

04 — Outcome

No-shows fell 41%, six in ten bookings are now self-served and all 18 clinics run on the platform.
