Orbit HR offers a multi-tenant HR platform. Customers valued the data, but managers found the reports confusing and rarely logged in.

Turn dozens of dense reports into a dashboard a busy manager understands in seconds, without slowing down the largest tenants.

We redesigned the information architecture, built a component-based design system and rewrote reporting queries on pre-aggregated views.

04 — Outcome

Weekly active managers rose 64%, reports load five times faster and the product team now ships new views from a library of 40 reusable components.
