01 — Overview

Freightly runs more than 300 trucks across three states. Dispatchers coordinated through phone calls and spreadsheets, with no live view of where loads were.

02 — Challenge

The team needed live GPS positions, automatic ETAs and proof of delivery, all on top of an existing ERP that could not be replaced.

03 — Solution

We built a dispatch console with live maps, route ETAs and exception alerts, a driver app for proof of delivery, and an integration layer that keeps the ERP in sync.

04 — Outcome

Every vehicle is tracked live, idle time fell 27% and the platform has held 99.9% uptime since launch, while the ERP stays the single source of truth.
